Why am i getting such poor performance in crysis?

i can play call of duty 4 with everything maxed out at 1024x768



and get like 130 frames per second.



i have an 8800GT 256mb card and an amd athlon 64 x2 4200+

at 2.2ghz....





a while ago i had an 8600 gt and i had better performance.



ive updated the video drivers and im still getting like 15 fps.



why?Why am i getting such poor performance in crysis?
If the maker of your gpu is evga, there are known driver issues.Why am i getting such poor performance in crysis?
You want a cpu that runs at 2.8 ghz.
